Cub Pack 138 Sponsored by Grace Lutherian Church in Mastic Beach Long Island, NY received the PeaceLight from Bethlehem from Mary Bishop who had attended the event at JFK which welcomed the PeaceLight to the USA in 2009.
Deacon Tony Vasell reported that the Pack distributed the PeaceLight symbol to about 15 families in a brief ceremony at the Church when it arrived.
Grace Lutherian will use the PeaceLight from Bethlehem as part of its annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service. |
